Needlelooms and key components
We manufacture a variety of needlelooms to suit material requirements, with speeds up to 400rpm and a stroke of 76.2mm (3").
The machines are typically used in nonwoven applications such as felt pads, carpet underlay, carbon fibre, automotive and geotextile industries. We work with customers to design solutions to suit their exact processing requirements. We have created novel in-feed systems to facilitate the manufacture of products unique to our customers.
We offer a range of in-feed systems to suit the application, including batt feed units, feed sheets with compression rollers and push-pull conveyors.
We have all the manufacturing drawings for machines previously made by Wm Bywater, P&C Garnett and Garnett-Bywater.
