What 'recycling' means in textile machinery

Recycling aims to give a new life to materials, creating new products from the recycled fibres. Whether you want a waste opener to repurpose your edge trim or a complete recycling machine line, we have the expertise to help you realise this.

Tearing machines and rag machines

We manufacture single-cylinder and multi-cylinder tearing machines up to 2.0m in width, offering a variety of pin arrangements drilled in house to suit your requirements.

Typical tearing line layout

The tearing line consists of an initial shredder, cyclone and tower fed multi-cylinder tearing or rag machine. We manufacture a number of feeding devices to fully automate the line.
